MINCOR™ CLASS A FIRE RATING PER ASTM E84
MINCOR™ was developed by Mincey Marble in the mid 1990's when we learned that the hospitality market needed tub and shower panel systems which achieved a Class A rating per the ASTM e84 tunnel test. Our Research and Development department began the complex process of developing the specific ratio of raw materials and chemicals to produce Class A cast marble products. The final result was the successful development of MINCOR™.TESTED ANNUALLY
MINCOR™ is tested annually by an independent laboratory to assure customers of strict, unwavering compliance with the International Building Code regulations.PRODUCT OPTION
The Class A fire rating typically applies only to vertical wall surface; therefore all of our tub and shower panel systems are available in MINCOR™.BRAND SPECIFIED

By definition, any material that is rated Class A, B, or C must meet both flame spread and smoke density requirements. In other words, to be rated at all according to the ASTM e864 test, you must pass both parts of the test. See chart below for more information on ASTM e84 ratings.MINCEY CLASSIC™
