Kenneth & JoAnn Mincey, with the support of their sons Kevin and Roger, open a new manufacturing facility in Gainesville, GA, called Mincey Marble Manufacturing. Originally supplying exquisite marble to the upscale Atlanta residential market, Mincey Marble began moving into the Hospitality market in the mid 80's. By1997, Mincey had made the move to concentrate exclusively on the commercial business.

That decision paved the way for the company to become one of the most recognized names in the hospitality marketplace.

Donna MinceyDonna Mincey – President & CEO
As President and CEO, Donna Mincey presents a leadership that embraces the principals established by the founders of Mincey Marble, while executing her vision for the future. Beginning her career with the company in 1980, she worked in and mastered every facet of corporate operations from manufacturing to management. Her successes are a direct result of her personal, hands-on business approach. Her involvement with key projects from inception to successful completion has earned her the respect and admiration of her employees, clients and peers.

Under Donna's guidance, Mincey Marble is expanding its portfolio to include clients in an array of other industries.

Donna holds a BA in Business from Georgia State University, studied finance at the University of Georgia; is married and has three daughters.

Doug WestmorelandDoug Westmoreland – VP Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Doug works closely with Donna Mincey and Kenneth Mincey to direct the company’s business development and market expansion. A CEU educator and frequent speaker to business, architectural firms and design groups throughout the US, Doug has spoken on the industry’s challenges as well as current and future design trends. Joining the company in 2009, Doug originally held the position of National Sales Manager. Prior to Mincey Marble, he owned and operated Premier Kitchen & Bath, Inc., a residential cultured marble manufacturer in York, SC, for 14 years.

Doug holds a BS in Business from Erskine College of Business; is married and has two daughters.

Doug WestmorelandJim Huddleston – VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jim works closely with all levels of Mincey management and its employees. His responsibilities include oversight of our production facilities, shipping, purchasing and maintenance operations. In addition to his management responsibilities, Jim is heavily involved in the design and construction of our new manufacturing facilities.

With over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the boating industry, Jim has been involved at all levels of the business including corporate management, sales, public relations, human resources, logistics, design and quality control.

Prior to joining Mincey Marble in 2013, Jim was the plant manager for 8 years at Luhrs/Mainship, a recreational/luxury boat manufacturing company, in St. Augustine, Florida.

Jim was honorably discharged as an MP from the US Army, where he attained the rank of Sergeant; is married, has three children and five grandchildren.
